The overall objective of the review article was to characterize organizational change and organizational learning in the observation period (1990-2022). The methodology is qualitative using the documentary review method using matrices and was complemented with quantitative methodology and the search equation method from bibliometrics taking analytical categories. From the review it was found that the phenomenon of globalization and the technological revolution has had a significant influence on the development and transformation of modern organizations, the categories of change and organizational learning have become constant themes for the development of management sciences. It can be concluded that change is the future of organizations seeking to acquire a higher degree of competitiveness and sustainability in the face of the environment, while learning becomes the tool that generates the knowledge necessary to respond effectively to the environment and its growing influence on companies.
